Signature Presentations
1. Building a Consistently Profitable Practice
This workshop is run over a half or full day and helps advisors lay a solid foundation for a profitable practice. Participants work through six core exercises to: assess practice costs, segment clients, define service levels, set weekly goals, assess profitability and assess capacity. The focus of the workshop is on providing participants with the methodology and the tools to turn ideas into action.
2. Optimizing Client Relationships
This workshop helps advisors maximize their investment in existing client relationships. The session provides the tools to help advisors understand client needs and then cross-sell more effectively, become the primary financial advisor and increase client referrals. The workshop also deals with the issue of culling unprofitable clients and structuring and streamlining the client service process.
3. Using Client Feedback to Improve Profitability
This workshop is specifically focused on how advisors can use information gathered through a structured client feedback process to enhance loyalty and increase revenue. We walk through the methodologies and questions to help advisors assess performance, understand what clients need, want and expect and capitalize on untapped opportunities, such as cross-selling, share of wallet or client referrals. In addition to providing a tactical plan to gathering feedback, we focus on industry trends, highlighting what clients want and expect in a relationship with a financial advisor.
4. Structuring an Effective Team
This workshop helps advisors maximize their investment in team and increase overall productivity. The session will help advisors define roles and responsibilities, provide staff with clear and actionable mandates, structure the team communications process and assess current and future resource requirements.
