Julie Littlechild is the President of Advisor Impact and a recognized expert on practice management. Julie has coached and trained top producing financial advisors since 1994; she specializes in helping financial advisors improve client profitability.
Julie routinely reaches thousands of financial advisors as a speaker at industry and corporate conferences across North America and as a contributor to a wide range of industry publications. She is the author of the Business Success Kit, a comprehensive guidebook designed to help advisors structure an effective practice and publishes an annual report on practice management. Julie holds an MBA from The University Of Toronto.

Elizabeth Armstrong is a veteran of the Financial Services industry, and has spent more than 25 years working with corporate clients, financial advisors and their respective clients. Liz manages the team responsible for the delivery of the Client Audit program at Advisor Impact, and oversees the analysis of each Audit to provide insight and ensure a clear understanding and interpretation of results for our clients. In addition, she is responsible for managing on-going industry and client research, with a view to analyzing and understanding trends and best practices around advisor profitability, efficiency and service delivery. Liz holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Consumer Behavior and Marketing.

Greg McKernan is responsible for business development at Advisor Impact and brings an in-depth knowledge of the industry and, specifically, the Client Audit program. Greg applies his unique background, which includes 20 years in teaching, in speaking with financial advisors and CPA's across the country about the key findings from Advisor Impact's research and about best practices in using feedback to enhance loyalty and increase revenue. Greg holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education.
